- All of our orders are processed within 24hours of your order. Some items are made to order and take 2 weeks from the time of purchase before they are shipped to you. You will be notified at the time of purchase as to the shipping date and expected delivery.

*ALL EARRINGS ARE FINAL SALE DUE TO HYGIENIC REASONS.
If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it for a refund with exception to earrings, for hygienic reasons. The item(s) must be unworn, have the original Caroline Calvert Couture tag(s) attached, along with the original receipt and must be returned within 10 days of receipt. Refunds do not include shipping costs. All items must be in the original condition. There will be no exceptions. No damage or tarnishing of products will be allowed. It is under the discretion of Caroline Calvert Couture to accept returns, it if is not up to showroom standards there will not be a refund allocated.
**Some order cancellations are subject to a $10.00 restocking fee.**
